Was out for about 3 hours yesterday, good ride but miserable day compared to Saturday.

Not doing a super six until May and that will be from a car

Started doing the evening MTB runs with Willie again from last week. Tues/Thurs leaving Lenzie at 5.30 (ish) and doing 2hrs on the trail/road/canal with the big beams on. Its been really good as the weather has been dry but cold. Everyone welcome.

Remember there's only two more weeks of the Stirling reliability rides. Last Sunday was Glendevon with 75 out in four groups. This Sunday its Stirling, Comrie Moor, Lochearnhead and back in to Stirling.

Got to Dobbies this morining then rear hub failed , long, cold walk home this morning.

Terrence came to help but wheel gubbed - switched bikes and we went for a wander. yes, frozen bottles all round.

Will get wheel fixed for next saturday am session (last one before first race (gulp)).

Took the weans out for their early morning walk at 8.00am, it was -5 in Lenzie! Tommorrow's ice breaker TTT will be just that Sunday's reliability ride from Stirling is the Lochearn loop so should be a good one.

hub failed as it had frozen . Been trying to keep the bike clean from salt - maybe a bit too much.

New hub in place - will try it out again tomorrow.

Had a dream last night, it was warm once.......
